On Friday night, racism reared its ugly head once again. Eerily reminiscent of the dark days of the KKK, white nationalists and white supremacists wielded tiki torches – attempting to instill fear – as they marched through Charlottesville, Virginia. Donald Trump Inaugurated As the 45th President of the United States
My Random Thoughts
On yesterday, Donald Trump was inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States of America. Unlike Gambia’s President, who for weeks refused to step down after losing the recent election, we had a peaceful transfer of power. But, where do we go from here? Here are some of my random thoughts.
Does The Bible Endorse Misogyny?

Some have concluded that it was just “macho talk,” “locker room talk,” or “nothing more than words.” It was nothing more than misogynistic trash. What should and could I say to my 19-year-old black son?
How Should Christians Respond to the Tragedy in Orlando?
Hearing about the disgusting and outrageous tragedy this morning at Pulse nightclub in Orlando, my heart sank, and I began to weep – 50 dead and 53 injured. This mass shooting is the deadliest in United States history. The shooter has been identified as Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, and officials have identified it as a terrorist attack. Sitting here with my family, listening and watching the reports, I ask: How should Christians respond to this tragedy?
4 Biblical Reasons Why Racism Is Irrational
I assumed we lived in a post-racial society, you know where racism didn’t exist. But, the hateful and racist reactions to a new Old Navy ad, which featured an interracial couple and their child, proves that we don’t. According to Scripture, not only are these racist reactions ugly and ignorant, they are absolutely irrational and illogical.
